Chicago (River North) Restaurant
After graduating with a degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan, Emily Smith’s passion for making a positive societal impact inspired her to change the way Americans eat and view food. She lives LYFE to the fullest each day.
To cap it off, Nate Cooper (Partner, Cofounder, and Manager of L3HG) has been a believer of the LYFE vision since the beginning and is an avid distance runner. Having earned a business degree in finance from Emory University, Nate chose to pursue his dream of working in the restaurant industry and joined LYFE Kitchen corporate, as part of the initial start-up team. Now with L3HG, he is ecstatic to bring LYFE to Chicago patrons.
On the management side, Matthew Modelski, enjoys blending his talents in the restaurant world, with a concept that fits his own lifestyle. Also a cyclist like Nate, Matthew is always up for a new adventure and is excited to begin a new one, building the LYFE brand and culture across Chicago.
Amy Edquist’s dedication and development of the LYFE Kitchen brand via management selection for the Chicago market (as the Director of Operations) has truly had an impact.
Adding to this, Brinker Wolf joins the team with over 10 years of restaurant management experience, and Gail Taggart leads the team, as President and Partner of L3HG, in the development of multiple LYFE Kitchen restaurant locations in Chicago in the future.
